Custom built Skin on frame Canadian Canoe. 13’10” long 31”wide. This super light ( approximately half the weight of a fibre/plastic equivalent) canoe can be placed on a car roof rack by one adult. The gunwales and stringers are of Western red cedar and the steam bent ribs are English oak. The translucent skin is a super tough ballistic nylon which has then had multiple coats of a made for purpose two part polyurethane applied.
